WILTON COMMONS I

Wilton Commons I has 51 one bedroom units and is affordable to seniors earning between 25% and 60% of the area median income. Wilton Commons I was the result of the partnership between Mutual Housing Association and the Town of Wilton to increase affordable housing for seniors of moderate means. Wilton Commons I was built by MHA in 2013 on 4.8 acres in Wilton CT. The $10 million project was funded with Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits, a Connecticut Housing Finance Authority mortgage and additional funding from NeighborWorks America.

 

WILTON COMMONS II

ADDRESS: 21 Station Rd, Wilton, CT 06897

Wilton Commons II Congregate Housing will provide 23 units of congregate housing for the elderly. The program provides rental assistance, supportive services and meal subsidies to support residents in Congregate Housing. The 23 new units will be contained in a new wing on the north side of the property, which will be attached to the existing 51 units of Wilton Commons on the 2nd and 3rd floors via enclosed walkways.
